 On October 24, 1983, Bazil entered into Eternal Life in his 66th year.

 Armoured Brigade in World War II and was a Member of the Royal Canadian Legon Jasper Branch 
 No. 255 and also a member of the Knights of Columbus Archbishop O'Leary Council No.4570
