Jul 2, 1761 from William Boarman of CC, planter, to Basel Hagon (Hagan) of CC, planter, for 1650 lbs of tobacco, part of Boarmans Manor, bounded by a tract of land called Clear now in the possession of sd Hagan, containing and laid out for about 22 acres. Signed - William Boarman. Wit - Jno Winter*, Robt Horner*. Recorded Aug 18, 1761.
