To sons: Raphael Hagan and John Barton Hagen, remaining part of land I now hold, except 10 1/2 a, of above of the tract called "Chippingham" or Clear;" also part of tract called "Addition to Clear," and parcel I bought of William Boarman, being part of "Boarman's Manor
