    Barnabas Hinsdale2 (Robert1), son of Deacon Robert Hinsdale and his first wife, Ann Woodward [possible, but not proved], born November 13, 1639, probably at Dedham, Mass.; baptized [there] November 17,1639; married, October 15,1666, Sarah White, daughter of Elder John White of Hartford, Conn., and widow of Stephen Taylor of Hatfield, Mass. He went with his father to Hadley, Mass., and lived for several years at Hatfield. He was of Deerfield, Mass., March 27, 1674, when he sold out his Hadley homestead. … Barnabas Hinsdale was killed with Lathrop at Bloody Brook,
