Greene Co. TN Deeds: The Execution of a deed of conveyance from Lewis Stutts and Barbara Stutts formerly Barbara Wellfong to Henry Wellfong dated the 9th day of October 1811 for there Shear [Their Share] of three several individed tracts of Land in Pendleton County and State of Virginia was duly acknowledged in open [court] by the said Lewis Stutts and Barbara Stutts the latter of whome being first examined private and aparte from the said husband confessed that she freely and voluntareraly and without the threats or persuasion of her said husband executed the same Tuesday the 29th October 1811.
