Disputed Lineage

There is no evidence that Barbara was a daughter of Martin Kendig, and "evidence suggests that Martin had no daughters"^[1]. Her parents are unknown^[1].

   The authors suggest there is good evidence that Barbara Kendig and Anna (Nancy) Kendig were sisters, and that Henry Kendig (d. 1736) was a likely brother. While their parents are unknown, the evidence is against them being the children of Martin Kendig.
