Barbara A. Vogel, 65, of Castalia Street, Bellevue, passed away Tuesday at The Bellevue Hospital.

She was born in Bellevue, the daughter of the now-deceased Walter and Agnes (Brown) Dick.

Barb was a registered nurse working at Fremont's Memorial Hospital, Dr. Harold Vogel's office and for over 20 years at The Bellevue Hospital.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, a 1958 graduate of Clyde High School, and a 1961 graduate of St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing, Toledo.

She loved her profession of nursing and will be remembered for her love of her grandchildren and the time she spent attending their various sporting activities, plays and musical events. Her warmth and genuine concern for others was felt by all who knew her.

Survivors include sons, Jim Vogel of Boston, Jeff (Deana) Vogel of Bellevue, Jon (Cherri) Vogel of Bellevue; daughters, Wendy (John) Lilly of Bellevue and Tina (Jim) Davis of Cincinnati; and 12 grandchildren, Hannah Lilly, Ryan, Kylie, Joseph, Jamie Vogel, Dealaney, Jimmy, Mckenna, and Nathan Davis, Kayden, Payton, and Brynn Vogel; brothers, Paul (Carol) Roth of Bellevue, Roger (Donna) Dick of Fremont, Dave (Kay) Dick of Clyde; and sister, Ruth (Gary) Chudzinski of Fremont. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Vogel, on April 21, 2005, to whom she was married on June 27, 1964, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Clyde.

Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Foos and Son Funeral Home, 311 W. Main St., Bellevue, where the rosary will be recited at 3:30 p.m.

Funeral services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 E. Center St., Bellevue, with Father Keith Stripe officiating.

Burial: Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials: To The Harmon Field Renovation, 108 Willow Court, Bellevue, OH, or The Immaculate Conception Church.
