Mrs. A. A. Green Jr. entertained with a tea at the Dallas Country Club yesterday afternoon, announcing the engagement of her sister, Miss Aurelia Cockrell, to Dr. Robert Lee Kurth. In the table decorations a a color scheme of green and white was carried out. The centerpieces consisted of large baskets full of Shasta daisies, and at each place there was a small hand-painted basket filled with Shasta daisies and tied with a green ribbon, from which hung a heart, inside of which were the names of the couple, and the announcement of the date of the wedding, in October. The place cards were also hand-painted and carried out the general color scheme. Covers were laid for thirty guests.
