HIEMSTRA - The Lord called home our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Audrey Hiemstra on Wednesday, June 19, 1991 at Peel Memorial Hospital, Brampton (formerly of London) in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Egbert Hiemstra (May 1980). Dear mother of Reimie and Jake Vander Heide of Sarnia, Chuck Hiemstra of Kelowna, B.C., Riek and Stan Esser of Sarnia, Allan Hiemstra of London, Nellie and Bill DeVries of London, Harry Hiemstra of Toronto, Ollie and Willie Hiemstra of Dorchester, John and Helen Hiemstra of Dorchester, Dilia and Sippe Hibma of Grimsby and Sidney and Pat Hiemstra of Palos Heights, U.S.A. Also survived by one brother in the Netherlands, 44 grandchildren amd 51 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 6 brothers, 2 sisters and 3 grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Evans Chapel of Fortney Funeral Homes, 648 Hamilton Road, London from 2-4 and 7-9 PM Thursday. Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday at 2 PM at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, 716 Classic Drive with Rev. Peter Van Egmond officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
