Lived ultimately at 10 Broad St., Newburyport. From Internet: Sometime before 1884 Asa W. Jackman bought the house. Mr. Jackman was a member of one of Newburyport's famous ship building families which had already been active for half a century. Asa Jackman continued in this trade until the early twentieth century when he was the last old time ship joiner still active in the city. His last job was the motor cruiser Whiz built for Mr. E. L. Stevens at the foot of Titcomb Street in 1920. Jackman owned this house until the second quarter of this century. References
