Syracuse Post Standard, 17 Jun 1969: ARTHUR SABLE DIES AT 65; RAN HOTEL Blossvale-- Services for Arthur C. Sable, 65, of Fels Road who died Sunday at Oswego General Hospital will be... Wednesday... St. John's Catholic Church, North Bay. Burial will be in North Bay Cemetery. Born in Spain, Mr. Sable operated Edgewater Park more than 20 years and was proprietor of the Casa Loma Hotel, North Bay, 12 years. He drove the Camden High School bus and also that of the VVS High School. Mr. Sable was a charter member of the North Bay Volunteer Fire Co., a justice of the peace, a member of the Vienna Town Board, and a member of St. John's Catholic Church, North Bay. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ester Collins Sable; a son Arthur W. Sable of North Bay; four daughters, Mrs. Edward Jecko Jr. of Marcy, Mrs. Floyd Case Jr. of Blossvale, Mrs. Louis Trexler of Westdale and Mrs. Kenneth Hobart of Fulton; grandchildren, and two foster children, Mrs. John Klien of Utica and Miss Elizabeth Liberatore of Syracuse.

Utica Daily Press, 17 June 1969: RETIRED BUS DRIVER DIES IN OSWEGO North Bay-- Arthur C. Sable, 65, of Fels Road RD Blossvale, a retired bus driver, died Sunday in Oswego General Hospital. Mr. Sable was born in Spain, coming to this country in 1920. He married Ester M. Collins in 1926 in North Bay. The couple had resided in the North Bay area since their marriage. Mr. Sable owned and operated the Edge Water Park, North Bay, for more than 20 years, and later owned and operated the Casa Loma Hotel, North Bay, for 12 years. He owned his own school buses for 16 years and drove for the Camden High School. For the past 16 years he had been a bus driver for Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Central School. He was a charter member of the North Bay Fire Co. and received his life membership this year. He was a former justice of the peace in the Town of Vienna and a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, North Bay. Besides his wife, he leaves a son Arthur W. , North Bay; four daughters, Mrs. Edward (Emma) Jecko Jr. of Marcy, Mrs. Floyd (Rose) Case Jr. of Blossvale, Mrs. Louis (Mildred) Trexler of Westdale and Mrs. Kenneth (Mary) Hobart of Fulton; two foster daughters, Mrs. John Klien of Utica and Miss Elizabeth Liberatore of Syracuse. Funeral services will be held... tomorrow from the E.H. McDaniels Funeral Home... Camden and... from St. John's Church, North Bay. Burial will be in North Bay Cemetery.
