Mom believes that Arthur was a butcher. Arthur and Ena met when Ena was secretary to Mr Thorne at the Kraft Cheese Co at Hayes Middx. At this time Arthur became Ofice Manager. Both of them were keen dancers and they married and went to live in Ealing. From there they moved to Tulse Hill. Eventually they built a house at Farnham Common and settled there. It was there that Arthur died. After dinner one night he took the dog for a walk, collapsed in the street and died.-RK
