Girardot Arthur B, 82, Lamplighter Apartments, died Friday in McCray Hospital. He was born Nov. 6, 1897 in Jefferson Twp, the son of Frank and Sarah (Gerardot) Girardot. On Aug. 27, 1919 he married Regina Vachon in New Haven. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Rita Fitzgerald, Fort Myers, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Gertrude Reuille, New Haven; one brother, Walter, Maples, Ind.; three grandchildren, Timothy Fitzgerald, Fort Wayne, and Gregory and Linda Schumacher, Lake George, Ind. He was a member of the Fort Wayne Eagles Lodge and the Catholic Order of Foresters. Funeral will be Monday in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where he was a member. Burial, Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. + 2-?-1980

Arthur B Girardot- Arthur B. Girardot, 82, of Kendallville, formerly of Fort Wayne, died at 6:20 a.m. Friday in McCray Hospital, Kendallville. Mr. Girardot retired from Parrot Packing Co. here where he was a salesman. Surviving are his wife, Regina Vachon Girardot; a daughter, Rita Fitzgerald of Fort Myers, Fla.; a sister, Gertrude Reville of New Haven; a brother, Walter of Maples, Ind. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Immaculate Mary Catholic Church, Kendallville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hite Funeral Home, Kendallville where the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday.
