Arthur C Anderson

Arthur C Anderson, 90, resident of Parkview Care Center, Fremont OH, a nd formerly of Kansas OH, died at 3:40 p.m. Friday, May 30, at Parkview C are Center in Fremont.

He was born Aug. 19, 1912 in Kansas OH, to James and El Nora (Lynch) Ande rson. He first married Helen Lambright and she died during childbirth Apr il 15, 1946. He then married Mildred French-Reidling Dec. 27, 1947, in Kan sas OH.

Survivors include: his wife, Mildred Anderson of Fremont; a son, James And erson-DePree of Chicago, Ill.; three step-sons, Jerald Reidling of Fostori a, Raymond Reidling of Millbury, and Dwight Reidling of Toledo; 10 grandch ildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his first wife, Helen; a brother, John Anders on; and two sisters, Marian Stryker and Margaret DePree.

He was a 1930 graduate of Jackson Liberty High School; received a teachi ng degree from Hope College in Holland MI.; retired in 1991 as a self-emp loyed farmer. He had farmed all his life and was also a former teacher.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 2, 2003, at Liberty Cem etery near Kansas OH, with the Rev. Robert Chew officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to the Kansas United Methodist Church or to the Kans as Volunteer Fire Dept.

Services are being handled by the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria.
