- ↑ Arlo Harold Brodehl, 67, of Lodi, died Aug. 6 at a local hospital following a sudden illness. He was born May 6, 1939, in Lodi, where he attended local schools and graduated from Lodi Union High School.
Mr. Brodehl served for four years in the U.S. Airforce, where he flew missions during the Cold War and assisted in the training of pilots' tactical skills. He was employed in the maintenance department at General Mills until his retirement in 1998.
He is survived by his fiancee, Kathleen Brooks; daughter, Linda Brodehl Clay, of Lodi; mother, Garnet Brodehl; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanne Laidlaw Brodehl; son, Rodney Brodehl; sister, Candice Brodehl Brant; and father, Harold Brodehl.
There will be no services and cremation interment will be private.
