    1. Enlisted USMC 28 April 1920 at Washington, D.C. Discharged 27 April 1922 at San Pedro, California. A private with character "Excellent"; awarded good Conduct Medal . Served with Marine Detachment aboard USS Mississippi, 12 November 1920 to 7 april 1922.

    2. Enlisted USA 9 May 1918 at Ft. McDowell, California, to serve for the duration of the "emergency". Honorably discharged 25 April 1919 for purpose of reenlistment. Private, First Class, Serial No. 527154, Co. H, 63rd Infantry.

    3. Cause of death: coronary infarction
