- P-6: Anthony Nizely of Frederick County, 278 acres on N. R. of Shannandoah in said County. Surv. Peter Stephens. Adjoining Sheets, Adam Yagar. 1 Feb. 1771. [Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants, 1742-1775, Vol. 2, pg. 145].
- P-268: Anthony Knizley Jr. of Dunmore County, 347 acres near Narrow Passage and about 3 miles from Woodstock in said County. Surv. Peter Stephens. Adj. Adam Yagar, John Martin Folts, Henry Gabriel Burgart, John Hite or Ruddle, Lewis Stephens. 30 May 1774. [Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants, 1742-1775, Vol. 2, pg. 225].
