17 Nov 1767 Jacob Shively of Frederick County, Province of Maryland, farmer and Elizabeth his wife late Elizabeth Ulrick of the one par and Anthony Hartman of the county & province aforesaid - that for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty pounds Current money of Pennsilvania to them in hand paid hath given granted bargained and sold all that tract or parcel of land being part of a tract called Stephen's hope - one hundred and thirty three acres of land more or less.
