The burial of Anne E. Jeschke, beloved wife of Frank Jeschke, 1279 Meadowbrook, Detroit, took place in the Brussels Cemetery on Tuesday afternoon.
The funeral service held at the D. A. Rann funeral parlour was attended by former neighbours and friends and relatives in this community as well as by those who accompanied the body from Detroit. Rev. C. L. Lewis, of the United church, Brussels, conducted the services. Pallbearers were: Messrs. N. Genry, Wm. Gillespie, W. Sharpe, R. J. Bowman, J. C. Baeker and K. W. Eckmier.
The deceased, whose death occurred in Grace Hospital, detroit, on Saturday, Aug. 9th, 1941 following an illness of ten weeks was born at Cranbrook, Ont., on August 18th. 1891, being the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dark. She was a resident of Detroit for the past twenty-four years.
She is survived by her husband, one brother, Thomas Dark of Edmonton, Alberta and a nephew, C. B. Howe of Windsor.
The abundance of beautiful floral attributes were tokens of the respect and esteem with which the deceased was regarded.
