Richard and Ann may have been the Richard Taylor and Anne Reinolds who married 18 July 1738 in East Grinstead, but if this is the case there is an unexpected gap of 11 years before their first known child was born. It's not known what Richard did for a living but given that daughter Amy married a farmer the family is likely to have been working (rather than middle) class.
