Ann was unmarried. Her will was proved in 1579. "In the name of god Amen 1579 ... the sixte daye of Maye I Anne Myllett one of the daughters of John Mylett Late of Newburye deceased felinge my sellffe weak, sycke and Feble in bodye but nev[er]thelesse of good and parfytt [i.e., perfect] remembrance I thanke god doo make and ordeine this my last wyll and Testament ... Fyrst when yt shall please god to Fynishe my dayes, I bequeathe my soule to allmightie god my maker and redemer by whose m[er]cie a monge the Faithfull I truste to be saved and my bodye to be buryed in the churce yeard of Newburye.
