FUNERAL OF MRS. J. A. BROWN The remains of the late Mrs. J. A. Brown, who died on Tuesday morning, were laid to their last resting place in the old cemetery at Brownsville on Friday afternoon. The funeral service was unique in that there were two sets of pall bearers, one at Ingersoll and another at Brownsville, where the deceased was well known and respected. Elliott, from which place the remains were conducted to Brownsville. The service was conducted by the Rev. Donald McIntyre, pastor of the Ingersoll Baptist Church, who referred to in a touching manner to the sterling qualities of the late Mrs. Brown. The pall bearers at Ingersoll were F. W. Walters, T. R. Mayberry, G. N. Langford, H. E. Robinson, H. B. McKinnon and Spencer Freeman.
At Brownsville the remains were conducted to the old cemetery and there interred. The pall bearers there were J. W. Hockins, John Smith and John Karr.
