Hoity Toity was a favorite saying of Nanas. Nana immigrated to the US in 1915 from Ireland. She worked in an Irish bar in Somerville as a singer which is where puppy and she met.
According to Annastatia's death certificate, Reg.#186, Page 449: She had lived at 41D. North Atkinson St. for 10 years. She was in the hospital for 1/2 day when she died of Myocardial heart disease with acute failure. Dr. Daniel Lyons Leary of 184 Hight St., Nbpt, was the attending physician.
George E. Twomey Funeral Home on High St, handled the funeral services.
