DEATH HAS ENDED TWO YEARS' ILLNESS
Mrs. A. D. Collier Many Years Esteemed Fremont Woman Died Sunday
After nearly two years of suffering from complications, Mrs. Anna M. Collier, 67, wife of A. D. Collier, died in her home, 1017 Napoleon street, at 11:45 a.m. Sunday. Surviving to mourn the death of this well known woman are her husband, two brothers and three sisters Mrs. C. A. Pohlman, William Ferrenburg, Helena; Mrs. J. J. Keller, of Klamath Falls, Wash., and Mrs. C. C. Bowlus, Columbus, and three step children, Vorys A. and Harry L. Collier. and Mrs. Al Freeh, on Fremont, Six step grandchildren and five grandchildren also survive William A. Park and Olive L. Park Children of a former marriage, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held from the Trinity Evangelical church at 2 p. In. Wednesday and burial will be made in Oakwood cemetery. Mrs. Collier was a charter member of the W. B. A. Michigan Review, No. 46, and the members of this lodge will have charge of the interment services in Oakwood. Mrs. Collier was a faithful member of the church and took an active part in all church activities. Before her illness, she had been a teacher in the Sunday schools.
Anna Ferrenburg was born in Huntington county, Pa., on Feb. 11, 1860, the oldest daughter of James and Catherine Ferrenburg, When she was one year old, her parents moved to Fremont, and Mrs. Collier has spent practically her entire life here. Her marriage to A. D. Collier took place on Nov. 27, 1901. For many years Mr. and Mrs. Collier have resided In the Napoleon street home, and Mrs. Collier was beloved as a neighbor and friend, and her death will be mourned by a wide circle of friends and acquaintances. During her long Illness she was a patient sufferer, and bore her illness with true Christian fortitude.
