    Mrs. Anne Paulding
    Mrs. Anne Mitchell Depew Paulding,
    widow of William H. Paulding, who
    resided on Main street, Peekskill,
    many years, died Wednesday morning
    at her home. 70 West 55th street, New
    York City, after a long illness, aged
    eighty years.
    Mrs. Paulding was born in Peekskill,
    the daughter of Isaac and Martha
    Mitchell Depew, and was descended
    from one of New York's old families.
    After spending her early childhood
    here. Mrs. Paulding went to New
    Haven, where she was educated in a
    private school.
    When her education was completed
    she married William H. Paulding, a
    New York and Peekskill business man
    who died several years ago.
    She is survived by a son. Charles C.
    Paulding, a daughter. Miss Annie Depew
    Paulding. Another son. William
    H. Paulding, died several years ago.
    Her brother is former Senator Chauncey
    M. Depew.
