Thomas Clarke of Plymouth, yeoman, deceased," dated 27 April 1727, "Anna Ellis wife of Gideon Ellis hath settled upon her & her heirs and assigns . . . one quarter part of ye one halfe of ye farm att Middleborough, and cedar swamp thereto belonging. She hath out of ye residue of ye personal Estate, her portion."
