Buffalo News, The (NY) - April 12, 2006 Deceased Name: Anne Summerson March 28, 1930 -- April 10, 2006 Anne "Granmere" Summerson, who owned Summerson's Uniform Shop in Niagara Falls, died Monday in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, following a brief illness. She was 76. The former Anne Rocco was born in Niagara Falls, Ont.

Mrs. Summerson owned the uniform shop on Buffalo Avenue from 1986 until retiring in 1992.

She was a member of St. John de LaSalle Catholic Church, Niagara Falls.

Her husband, James C., died in 1985.

Survivors include two sons, Darren "Duke" of Niagara Falls and Dalton of Clarence; two daughters, Dana Renaud and Daria Marinucci, both of Niagara Falls; two brothers, Thomas and Carmen , both of Thorold, Ont.; two sisters, Rose Kraft and Betty Rocco, both of Canada; and nine grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. today in St. John de LaSalle Church, 8469 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
