John Lockhead), dealt with by J. and G. Moffatt, 136 Buchanan St., Glasgow (GWR shares, findmypast). On death, 6mar1876, of Ann McLean (India St., Glasgow, widow), executors were Hannah Masterton (wife of Robert Knox Masterton, Glasgow merchant), Mary Anne Lockhead (wife of Rev. John Lockhead, Alloway), Andrew Lang Graham (Glasgow writer), James Roberton LL.D. In 1861 John McLean (1807 Glasgow, E. India mercht), wife Anne N. (1813 Campsie, Stirlingshire), children, b. Glasgow, Hannah (1834), Mary Ann (1837), were at 27 India St., Glasgow (census). In 1871 John Mclean (1807 Glasgow, E. Indian merchant), wife Annie (1811 Crompace, Stirlingshire) were at Davey Cottage, Ayr (census).
