- Letters Testamentary and copy of the will of Ann Paschall, deceased, to Ann P. Paschall, executrix. 2 documents:
Document dated 31 January 1822 (original of will dated March 25, 1819) and signed by Peter S. Muhlenberg , Registrar at Philadelphia. 4 pages total., about 8 x 12.5 inches (made from 1 folded sheet), partial indistinct blind seal of registrar. 2 page narrative description of how she wants her personal items, furniture , etc. divided between her grandchildren Mary A. Paschall and Stephen Paschall. Also mentions Anne Tucker, Francis hollingsworth sister, Mary and Susan Hollingsworth, Sara Dexter, Ann Reed, Jesse Dexter, Rebecca Cross, Rebecca higgins, Elizabeth Sellers, statement of Coram Edmund Rodgers, Deputy Registrar, witnesses Samuel gibson, Hannah Lascum ?. Also Codicil to will 11 March 1822.
- Document 1822 account of Ann Paschall. 4 pages about 8 x 12.5 inches as above. 3 pages list of items of personal estate and value. Indicates additional bequeaths and settling of accounts to various people.
Condition is worn, age-toned and spotted, separations along folds, but generally good condition for age.
