Ann Clark was baptised on 27th August 1815 at Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire, daughter of Mary Clark, formerly Tuff, and her husband William Clark, a labourer. Sadly Ann died when she was only one year old, being buried at Wootton Bassett on 3rd May 1817.

    There was another Ann Clark buried at Wootton Bassett on 5th April 1816 described as an infant, but it is considered that she must have been the daughter of John and Sarah Clark who had been baptised at Wootton Bassett on 24th March 1816, on the basis that John and Sarah went on to have another daughter called Ann baptised on 23rd February 1817.
