    [HARBISON] Virginia Harbisons

I recently found a 1791 tax list for Culpeper County Va, which lists Moses Harbison. Moses is thought to be a son of Matthew Harbison and Margaret Griffith who are said to have lived in Frederick Co Va in the 1750s to perhaps 1770 or so.
Moses is my 4th great grandfather and the only records I have for him are his name on the list of the Culpeper Classes, Class #55, his marriage to Anne Barler (Barlow) in 1789 Culpeper Co, and now this 1791 tax list. Anne Barler/Barlow was the granddaughter of Christopher Parlur/Barler/Barlow, a 1717 immigrant to the Second Germanna Colony.
Anne Barlow is on the 1810 Madison County, Va census as Anna Harberson, head of household with 5 male children and 3 female children. Anne followed her brothers Ambrose and Joshua Barlow to Barren County, Kentucky by 1812 when her oldest son Matthew signed the marriage bond for his sister Elizabeth's marriage to John B Bell.
The curious item I wanted to point out about this tax list is the name directly above Moses'. The name is Robert Harveson, and I'm wondering if he is a relation of Moses'.
Eliza Brown Wallace Campbell Wallace was a charter member of the Old Glory Chapter of the Franklin County, Tennessee DAR. and the author of a family history entitled "Twigs from the Harbison & Griffith Trees" in which she stated that Matthew Harbison and Margaret Griffith were the parents of 14 children, 7 of whom she named. Moses is probably an additional child, which leaves 6 more unaccounted for, if what she stated was correct. Might this Robert be another?
Have any of you encountered a Robert Harveson/Harbison in Virginia during this time frame in any of your research? This is the link to the tax record. Moses Harbison was indexed as Moses Harrison:
