Baltes and mother, Catherine "Minnie" Haas in 1930 at 2215 Lafayette in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana.3 Angela was enumerated as the daughter of John J. Baltes under the name of "Angela E. Parrot" on the 1930 U.S. Census at Wayne Township, Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, listed as a married 36-year-old woman born in Indiana, her father was born in Germany and her mother in Ohio.3 |
