Administration on Andrew's estate was granted 5 Aug. 1731 to his widow Ann. The will of James Tappin, dated 1 Dec. 1739, proved 3 April 1743, named wife Ann, only child Ann widow of Andrew Bacon Jr. and only grandchild Andrew Bacon [Manwaring's Digest 3:3, 461 f.].
