Mrs. Arbogast was born on February 6, 1896 in Beverly and was a daughter of the late John and Nina (Howell) Sachs.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Henry, Barberton, Ohio, and Mrs. Beline Ferguson, Elkins; three sons, John A. Arbogast, Elkins, Charley L. Arbogast and Denzil Arbogast, of Severn, Md.

Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Grace Leary, Beverly, Mrs. Virginia Chewning, Elkins and Mrs. Ora Weese, Philippi; four brothers, Charles E. Sachs, Potomac Park, Harvey and George Sachs, Wiley Ford and Theodore Sachs of Cumberland, Md; 20 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
