    Mrs. Amanda Elizabeth Swenk, 78, wife of Milton W. Swenk, died at her home, Westminster R. D. 3, Saturday, June 12, 1954, following a prolonged illness. She had been bedfast for the past three months. A daughter of the late Jacob and Rebecca Shaffer Krumrine, she was a member of the Bachman Jerusalem Church, Bachman's Valley.

    Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Mrs. Charles Smeach, Hanover R. D. 1; Mrs. Malcolm Stewart, Westminster R.D. 8, and Mrs. Earl Helwig, Gettysburg R. D. 1; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Arnolphus and Jacob Krumrine, both of Westminster R.D. 2.

    The Rev. Harvey M. Light, pastor of the West Manheim Reformed Charge, officiated at services Wednesday at 10 A. M. at the J. W. Little and Son funeral home, Littlestown. Burial was in Bachman's Valley Cemetery.
