Shawnee resident Alta Lee Holland, 93, died Thursday, August 24, at her residence. She was born August 17, 1913, in Asher to Albert Lee Jackson and Velma (Lowden) Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two sisters.

Survivors include her sister, Verna Lucus; brother, Delbert Jackson; many other relatives and friends.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Resthaven Memorial Park (Trinity Chapel) with the Rev. Bill Matthews and Phil Thompson of Liberty Baptist Church and Chaplain Donny Knight of Heartland Hospice officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park.
