DEATH: A Tribute published in the pages of The Evening Bulletin Providence, R.I. June 7, 1969 Entered into Eternal Rest Friday, June 6, 1969 Almond B. Wilbur Almond Benjamin Wilbur, 87, of Rockland Road, North Scituate, died yesterday in Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Maude E. (Knight) Wibur. He was born in Scituate, son of the late Abner and Annie (Sybe) Wilbur. A retired Narragansett Electric Co. lineman, Mr. Wilbur also worked for Potterville Mill and Ashland Mill. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Warren H. and Harold L. Wilbur, both of North Scituate; a daughter Mrs. Annie M. Poole, also of North Scituate; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Frank R. Gorton & Sons Funeral Home, 721 Washington St. Coventry Burial will be in Phillips Memorial Cemetery, Foster.
