    CHILD KILLED - Little Alma Stelzer Run Down by a Big Four Freight -Tuesday afternoon at the Fifthe Avenue crossing Alma Steltzer, thethree-year-old daughter of Mr. Frank Steltzer, was killed by a Big Fourfrieght train. The child was walking along the track. Being too young toheed the warning whistle of the approaching train, she was struck andalmost instantly killed before the train could be stopped. The accidentoccured near her home. Her father, Frank Steltzer, is a coal dealer andlives near the end of East Fifth Avenue. He looked around just in timeto the the train strike the little girl and hurl the small body to oneside. The coroner was not summoned. The funeral services will be heldFriday afternoon at the house."
