Journal News, White Plains, NY, 29 March 2004: Sunday, March 28th, 2004 - MASE, ALICE TULLIS - Alice Mase of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of New City, NY, passed away on March 21, 2004 in Phoenix, AZ. Beloved wife of the late Lyman J. Mase, Alice was born March 1, 1924 in New York City. After her marriage to Lyman on March 14, 1943 they subsequently lived in Jackson Heights, White Plains, Port Chester and then spent 41 years in New City. During her time in New City, Alice served as a Teaching Assistant in the Clarkstown School District. After Lyman passed away in 1998, she moved to Middletown, NY and then to Phoenix in 2001. She is survived by a brother, Robert Tullis of Branchville, NJ; six children, Diane of Phoenix, AZ Linda Scribner of Muskego, WI, Randolph of Carmel, Michael of Nanuet, Douglas of Yorktown Heights and Lawerence of Phoenix, AZ; and 10 grandchildren. Private services will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Diabetes Association.
