Died of Coronary Thrombosis as a consequence of Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease She also had Diabetus Mellitus - according to her death certificate #612697 Parents names not mentioned. Maiden Name is Lambert however. Info on this document provided by her son Albert. Date of birth on her death certificate is June 10, 1910. This has not been verified. Alice was born probably right after the 1910 census which lists the family's address as 1217 North Campbell Avenue Chicago, IL.
