    Alice married as her first husband, Francis Hardesty, who died in 1753, leaving his entire estate to her and their son Francis.
    Alice married as her second husband, Lewis Duvall, son of Mareen and Elizabeth (Jacob) Duvall. They had 7 children.
    Alice died a widow in 1811. Her will was dated 22 June 1803 and proven 12 July 1811 in Prince George's County by Josiah Jones, Richard Walker, and Nathan Edmondson. Her bequests were "of the legacy bequeathed to me by my father Mark Brown", and went to her children Thomas Duvall, Frederick Prucia Lewis duvall, Alice Burton, Frances duvall, Elizabeth Jones, and Susannah Cheney, and her grandaugher Kitty Duvall.
