"THRONG AT FUNERAL OF MR. FOWBLE
The funeral of Mr. Alfred Fowble, former treasurer of Baltimore county, took place yesterday from Pleasant Grove Methodist Episcopal Church and was one of the largest ever attended in that section of the county.
The services were conducted by Revs. E. Buhrman, Frank Stulman and Charles T. Harvey. Burial was in the church cemetery. The Towson Lodge of Elks had charge of the service at the grave, with Mr. W. Gill Smith as orator. The pallbearers were: Active, N. Bosley Merryman, Harrison Rider, George Hartman, W. Gill Smith, Samuel Collins, and George C. Tracey. Honorary, Jerome Nolte, J. Hinkle Wisner, Oscar Algire, Judge F. Clinton Tracey, Joseph M. Armacoast and J. B. Wilhelm."
