Alexander Debolt, married to Sarah E. Debolt, died of (broncho) pneumonia (after 10 days), with contributing old age. The informant was [his nephew] J.M. Turner of 106 Fourteenth Ave., Columbus, Ohio. It was recorded that he was the son of Washington Debolt (b. Pennsylvania) and Sarah Jenkins (b. Licking Co., Ohio), he was a retired farmer for 11 years, and he had been residing in the city for 35 years.
Burial[1][2] 12 May 1930 Mound View Cemetery, Mount Vernon, Knox co., Ohio, United StatesAlexander was embalmed by W.E. McCormick of Mt. Vernon, Ohio. The grave marker was inscribed, “DEBOLT; ALEXANDER 1844–1930 HIS WIFE SARAH E. 1845–1932”.
