A step Grand son would make Eddie the Grand son of Emma by a previous marriage to someone named NIX.

There is nothing to ensure that this Albert is the Son of John Wesley except the age and location, and the name. But note that Emma Unknown is also the mother of Albert. Is it possible that she left John Westley NIX and married Harvey Gillion and that is her son Albert living next door? Stranger things have happened. Then the step grandson Eddie would be the son of one of John Westley and Emma Unknown Sons. And look!!! Robert Emmett NIX has a son Eddie.

Nix, Robert Emmett, 69, Altoona, died yesterday at 9:07 p.m. in a local hospital after an extended illness.

  Survivors; are his wife, mrs Effie McWaters Nix, sister; Mrs. Lyle Gullion, Elba. Several nieces and nephews. Services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at 2nd Baptist Church Altoona with the Rev. J.D. Brown and David Helona Officiating.  Burial in Altoona/Walnut Grove Cemetery. Active Pallbearers; Bobby Nichols, Sammy Nichols, Mike Nichols, Randy Kent, Coswell McWalters, and Dale Foshe. Mr Nix was a natiave and resident of Etowah County most of his life. He was a member of 2nd 

Baptist Church of Altoona and a retired house painter. The body will remain at the residence and lie in state at the church one hour prior to the services.
