Funeral services for Albert N. Bradford, aged 72, were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, at the First Baptist Church of Ranger, the pastor, Rev. Avery Sullivan, officiating assisted by Ref. Thomas Tribble of the First Methodist Church. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery of this community. Killingsworth Funeral Home in charge. Albert died at the Ranger General Hospital Sunday evening after several years of failing health. He was reared in Lacasa Community and had been an active deacon in the New Hope Baptist Church many years until moving to Ranger last year. Survivors are the wife; one son, Albert Jr., of Allendale; one sister, Mrs. Lillie Howton, of this community; and a number of nephews and nieces and many friends.
