FATALITY AT TORONTO. Mrs. Agnes Raisbeck, aged 54 years, wife of Mr. Henry Raisbeck, of Blackall, Toronto, was fatally injured early yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Raisbeck was helping her husband in an endeavour to catch a young filly. The animal jumped the fence, striking the top rail, causing a piece of timber 20 feet by four inches to hit her across the chest. She was knocked to the ground, her head striking heavily. She became Insensible, and died without regaining consciousness. In the opinion of Dr. Holmes, who was called, death was due to fracture of the skull. A report has been, furnished to the district coroner.
