IGI also gives a marriage to Henrye (also transcribed as Denzye) Smith on 15 Oct 1608 in Husbands Bosworth.

It is possible that Agnes' first husband died shortly after their marriage and she remarried. However, Agnes' first husband, Thomas Sturgis, is named as an overseer of her father's will (dated Nov 1606 and proved Jul 1609). It would seem likely that if he had died before Oct 1608 (several months before Agnes' father died in Jun 1609), her father would have updated his will.
