Sir James Nasmyth married Agnes Burnet, daughter of William Bruet of Barns, in 1610. William was son of John and grandson of Robertus Burnetville. John was chaplain in 1400 at Holyrood alter in Kirk of St. Gregory. Married Margaret Inglis.
