The Saginaw News Courier, January 25, 1919 on page 4 reported the following Bad Axe, MI. item: Mrs. Jackman, wife of Dr. Jackman, died at her home here Wednesday at noon after an illness of several years. The funeral took place from the home Thursday afternoon and her body was taken to Caseville Friday morning for burial.
