Fisher (Adam Lehman had an older brother Joseph born 1817 but his father's name was William and his father died when Adam was only 6 years old). Adam was born in Fairfield Co., OH Adam's mother Mary Weller died in South Whitley, Whitley Co., IN [edit] ======================================================Columbia City Paper Feb. 6, 1904 Adam Lehman was born Jan. 3, 1821; died Jan. 30, 1904 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J.M. Smith of Washington Twp., Whitley County, IN. He outlived all of his father's family. His great grandfather was one of the founders of the U.B. Church in Maryland, was also a minister. His 9 children are living. The Rev. J.A. Farmer conducted the funeral service in the Washington Baptist Church; burial was at South Whitley, IN.
