Mrs. Adeline Wehr, the esteemed wife of Lewis A. Wehr, died very suddenly at 3:30 o'clock on Tuesday morning at the family residence on South First street, aged 49 years. She had been ill for several weeks suffering greatly from rheumatic pains which seemed to be moving round to different parts of her body and it is supposed that these affected the heart. The deceased is survived by her husband and four daughters, Misses Mabel, Gertrude, Leah and Verna. She was a daughter of the late Lewis Graver, who was one of Lehighton's pioneer residents and the Graver homestead, where she was born, is still a well known landmark on Bridge street. Besides her aged mother these brothers and sisters survive: Henry, Edward and Jeff, Mrs. Samuel Seiler, Mrs Alvenia Westlake and Mrs. T. D Thomas The funeral will take place at one o'clock this (Friday) afternoon. Services will be held in Zion's Reformed Church conducted by the pastor Rev. D. A. Winter
